The Saratoga County Amateur Radio Association is holding a SWAP FEST on Saturday, March 18th. The event opens at 7:00 am. The event is at 50 West High Street, Ballston Spa, NY 12020. There will be a VE testing session for all license classes at 12:00 noon.
