Emergency Communication (and RACES) is just one part of the Schoharie County Amateur Radio Association. RACES is activated by the County’s Director (or his or her designee) of the Office of Emergency Services. Activation occurs the time of an actual emergency within the county and/or to conduct a drill.
Completed applications can be:
(a) Brought to a meeting;
