Hi guys, as we enter antenna work season, attached are a couple charts you may find useful. FWIW, for long cable runs 75 ohm CATV hardline cable is much cheaper than even 50 ohm LMR 400 or 9913. And less loss ! If you visit your local cable company you may even be able to get reel ends for nothing. Don't be afraid to stop and ask line crews what they do with ends. Sometimes you can find it at hamfests. Connectors can be made from Brass pipe unions and regular PL259's or N connectors. Long runs will generally smooth out any SWR issues and you probably won't need a balun or tuner.
