SCARA members with have a booth near the high school and will give demonstration of amateur radio and explain what SCARA and ham radio have done for the village in the past and currently. There will be Arts & Crafts, vendors as well as food. The festival gives residents and visitors an opportunity to enjoy the beautiful Schoharie valley and have a fun time.
